Hello world!

Hello everyone! This is my very first brand new weblog. The purpose of this blog is to tell about my ongoing quest for health and fitness, especially what seems to be working for me. In doing so, I hope to pitch some ideas that can help other endurance athletes figure out how to maintain optimum health.

Obviously, the choice of the website name is no coincidence. It is based on my conviction that health and endurance benefit a great deal from supreme fat burning – fat oxidation. I think its potential benefits are underestimated a lot. Therefore, I want to create a counterforce for the generally accepted convention that sugar is our main fuel for energy.
